NZ Dice League is a free browser-based football simulation game set in the New Zealand National League. You take charge of your own club and compete against 11 CPU-controlled teams inspired by real New Zealand football sides across a full 22-round season, culminating in a Grand Final between the top two teams.
The game uses a dice-rolling mechanic to determine goals in each match. Strategy comes from understanding the odds, managing your season, and riding your form streak — win two in a row and your team goes "On Fire" with a goal bonus, win four in a row and you hit "Inferno" mode.
Enter your club name and manager name, then start the season. Each round you roll dice to decide your match outcome while CPU teams resolve their own fixtures simultaneously. After 22 rounds of league play, the top two teams meet in the Grand Final — a single-leg match for the championship.
Your final score is based on your league placement, goals scored, wins, and whether you reached or won the Grand Final. Try to beat your own highscore each season!
NZ Dice League was created by Mikael Holme, a developer with a passion for football and browser-based games. The game is part of a small portfolio of free-to-play sports games.
